Happy Sunday people! The In A NYC minute nail polish range is currently on offer at superdrug: 2 for £2.49! Obviously I couldn't help myself :) I bought Raindrop (pastel baby blue) and Times square (a coral/red shade which I'll share with you in a later post).
Raindrop is a shade from their Spring 2013 collection and it's a creme like formula perfect for the pastel spring look. I've stamped the accent nail using MoYou London Suki 07 plate and black velvet by LA Colors.

The finished look topped with seche vite top coat. (Looks slightly darker here than real life)

Two coats of NYC - Raindrop (daylight shot under direct sunlight)

Taken in daylight indoors. Looks slightly more pastely here.

Stamped with LA Colors - Black velvet and MoYou London Suki 07 plate.

All I can see around me recently is red, pink, hearts and roses! Despite the concept of Valentine's day being rather sweet, I've never actually been a fan of it as I think it's far too over rated and gets crazier and cheesier as the years go on! Plus, you shouldn't need a day to tell someone you love them, it should be said openly as often as you can! But to those that do love it and are celebrating, this one is dedicated to you! :) Today's manicure is not your typical valentines look, as I've seen a lot of heart or 'love' nails. So I decided to do something a little different, an abstract look (inspired by cutepolish). I've kept it traditional by using the colours pink, red and white! Hope you like it :)

The finished look with Seche vite top coat.

Two even coats of the base colour - Beauty UK Love.

Definitely got the Monday blues this morning :( so I'm going to share with you one of my favourite blue/turquoise polishes; wave by seventeen. I purchased this last month during the Christmas/January sales! Boots had a massive clearance with many polishes going for just 25/50p! I actually couldn't believe my eyes when I saw them! Can you believe I picked this up for 25p? I still can't! See..didn't I tell you, gorgeous nails don't have to come with a price tag :) I'll share more of my purchases with you in my future posts so stay tuned!

Hello readers! Today I have a sand textured polish to show you which I picked up on sale for just £1.50. It's part of The Kiko Limited edition Sugar Mat collection 2013 released few months back (originally £4.90). Kiko 635 Wisteria is a pastel lilac colour and it's perfect for spring. The texture is great and it dries faster than you'd think. I love this collection compared to the few other sand polishes I've tried because of it's matte finish. It gives it that extra edge (and of course don't apply any top coat).

Two even coats for an opaque coverage.

Are you red-dy to fight for every heartbeat? Today is 'Ramp up the red' day - a campaign by British Heart Foundation to raise money for those fighting from heart conditions. Today is one special day to take red to another level! If you get a chance, go visit the love installations in Covent Garden from 1st to 14th Feb and make a small donation with the message of love. Here's my manicure in support of BHF.

The finished look. (I Apologise about the bad lighting, wouldn't capture properly!)

I used a nail art pen to create the lines and cheeky plate CH15 to stamp the heart.
